How is GEO different from SEO?
SEO optimizes your rank in search results; GEO optimizes the one answer AI gives — which pages it read, who it cited, how it describes you. The two don't conflict: users still search, and they also ask AI directly.
I can just ask AI myself — why get a check?
Asking yourself once is fine — it gives you a quick feel for it. The difference is single sample vs. batch: ask once and you get one question, one model, one moment; a check runs the same batch of questions across three models and gives aggregate readings — who got mentioned, who got recommended, which sources got cited, all listed in the report. We suggest a light test first: ask a buying question in your own category to a web-enabled AI, note the answer and the sources it cites; then compare with the same batch of questions and source citations in the report — the gaps will be obvious.
Our own AI results don't match yours — whose do we trust?
Mismatches are normal — both sides count. The same question answered at different times, on different models, will change; sample size, wording and timing all make a difference. There is no universal standard for "correct" — every model applies its own — so we treat measured results as the benchmark. The report states the date, the models and the question list used; you can re-run the same list to compare. If you want to know where an answer came from, add "please cite your sources" to your question — many models then give the pages they referenced. Putting both sets of sources side by side is more useful than arguing over which conclusion is more accurate.
AI can answer without the web — you only test three models, can that be accurate?
Doubao, DeepSeek and Qwen have the largest market share today; when most users ask AI, they're using one of them, so testing these three covers the main entry points. Market share shifts, and we adjust our model list accordingly — every report states which models were used. As for web access: all three run in web-enabled mode; only a web-enabled model actually fetches sources, and only then is a source-attribution chapter possible. The free version runs one of the three; the other two fill in on the full version.
What's the difference between the free and full versions?
The free version runs one model and dozens of sampled questions, returns an aggregate reading in about 3 minutes, and helps you decide whether this is worth pursuing. The full version runs 60 questions × 3 models and delivers an eight-chapter report plus itemized detail: competitor comparison, source attribution and a fix-it checklist, in about 30 minutes. The panel on our homepage is an anonymized sample of the full version — look at the structure first, then decide.
If we act on the report, how soon will we see changes?
Straight answer first: when models re-crawl, and when that lands in their answers, is not ours to control, so there is no fixed timetable. What we can do is keep adding to and improving the source content models cite. A full execution cycle usually runs 4 to 8 weeks, after which a re-check shows comparable differences — we don't preset numbers. Our recommended approach: re-check the same batch of questions in the same time slot, and watch whether the readings move.
What do you need from us — and how is that material handled?
Brand name and category are enough. Competitors are optional — give 2 to 4 and we can compare recommendation-slot gaps; without them the report still works, just minus the competitor chapter. Product/Series GEO asks you to name the flagship product. No website admin access and no account sign-up — your order number is the delivery credential. Material is used only to generate this run's questions and retrieval: semantic clustering is done locally; raw material is not stored and not shared.
Can I get an invoice for the fee?
Yes. We accept corporate bank transfers and issue VAT ordinary or special invoices for the actual amount. Leave your invoicing details and receiving email when ordering; the e-invoice arrives within 3 business days of report delivery. Paper invoices are sent by courier.
