Terms of Service
The scope, delivery and rules for all three checks — on this page.
By using GEOER's services, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following terms.
1. The service
GEOER provides three checks: Website GEO (a website technical-readiness assessment, free), Brand GEO and Product / Series GEO (charged per run). Checks are based on measured answers from three web-enabled LLMs — Doubao, DeepSeek and Qwen — and deliverables include the report page, item-by-item answers and source citations.
Results reflect a measured reading at the time of the check. AI answers are shaped by sample size, wording, timing and model version; no single reading is a guarantee about the future.
2. Payment and delivery
- Website GEO is free; the results are shown on the page when the check completes.
- Brand GEO and Product / Series GEO are charged per run; prices are as shown on the order page.
- The full version always runs 60 questions × 3 models; the report is ready about 30 minutes after payment, delivering eight chapters plus itemized detail.
- Your order number is the access credential; no account is needed at any point.
3. Refund policy
Once a report has been generated and delivered, it is non-refundable. If the check has not yet started after payment, contact us to cancel for a full refund.
A check starts consuming model calls and compute as soon as payment completes, and the report is customized to the brand and category you submit, so it cannot be recovered after delivery. Please confirm the check type, brand name and category are correct before paying.
4. Invoicing
Invoices are available. We accept corporate bank transfers and issue VAT ordinary or special invoices for the actual amount. Leave your invoicing details and receiving email when ordering; the e-invoice arrives within 3 business days of report delivery, and paper invoices are sent by courier. 5. User obligations
You confirm that you hold lawful rights to the brands, products and websites you submit for checking, or are authorized by the rights holder. You must not use this service to check others' brands or websites without authorization, and you must not use this service for any activity that violates laws or regulations.
6. Intellectual property
The content and format of the reports belong to GEOER. You may use your report for internal decisions and business communication, but you may not resell it or distribute it publicly in full. The sample reports we publish are anonymized: brands and models appear as placeholders, and source site names do not appear.
7. Disclaimer
This service is provided as is. We do our best to keep the checking process and data archival accurate, but we do not warrant that a report fits every situation. AI engines' citation behavior is influenced by many factors; scores in the report reflect technical readiness and measured readings at the time of the check only, and are not a commitment about AI citation results, rankings or conversion outcomes.
8. Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to revise these terms. When they change, we update this page and revise the date at the top at the same time. Continuing to use this service after a change means you accept the revised terms.
